Who we use
We onlu use Royal Mail for all deliveries. We choose Royal Mail as in our experience they had provided us with the best overall service.
Order Processing Time
We aim to process orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will start processing on the next business day.
You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships out.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Takes 3 to 5 business days. Cost is £4.99 or Free on orders over £50.
Express Shipping: Takes 1 to 2 business days. Cost is £9.99
International Shipping
We ship to select international countries. Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days.
Buyers must pay any extra customs fees or import taxes charged by their local government.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your box arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us within 3 days of delivery.
If tracking says your item was delivered but you cannot find it, check around your property and contact your local delivery office
